Terms of Service

Effective September 15, 2026

1. Not a law firm; no legal advice

LastWillCreator.com is not a law firm, is not licensed to practice law, and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. The service provides self-help document assembly software and general legal information. The information and documents provided are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using the service, by purchasing any product, or by submitting a request for attorney referral. You are responsible for deciding whether the documents are appropriate for your situation and for executing them in accordance with the laws of your state.

2. The service

LastWillCreator.com provides software that assembles estate-planning documents from your answers and general templates. You are responsible for reviewing the documents, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for signing the documents in the manner required by your state. We recommend review by a licensed attorney before signing.

3. No guarantee

We make reasonable efforts to keep our state execution requirements current, but laws change and we cannot guarantee that any document will be accepted by a court, financial institution, healthcare provider, or other third party. You assume all responsibility for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the proper execution of your documents.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Purchases and refunds

The Complete bundle is a one-time purchase of $49 processed by Stripe. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. If the documents are not right for you, contact us within 30 days for a refund; on refund, access to Complete-bundle documents ends. Free documents are never affected.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create documents for someone without their authority, to impersonate another person, to upload unlawful content, or to interfere with the service.

7. Intellectual property

The templates, software, and site content are owned by LastWillCreator.com. Documents generated for you are yours to use for your own estate planning.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LastWillCreator.com and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service or any document generated by it, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
