About LastWillCreator
Most adults do not have a will. The usual reasons are cost, confusion about what is required, and the sense that it can wait. We built LastWillCreator to remove the first two.
What it is
A self-help document generator. You answer a guided questionnaire; the software assembles a Last Will and Testament from fixed legal templates and a table of your state's execution rules, then produces a one-page signing cover sheet so you sign it correctly. The will is free. A $49 one-time bundle adds the other documents most people need: powers of attorney, a healthcare directive, HIPAA authorization, and an estate inventory for your executor.
What it is not
It is not a law firm and it is not legal advice. LastWillCreator.com is not a law firm, is not licensed to practice law, and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. The service provides self-help document assembly software and general legal information. The information and documents provided are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed attorney. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using the service, by purchasing any product, or by submitting a request for attorney referral. You are responsible for deciding whether the documents are appropriate for your situation and for executing them in accordance with the laws of your state.
How the documents are made
Deterministically. Every clause in your will comes from a reviewed template; your answers fill in names and choices; your state's row in our configuration table decides witness counts, affidavit form, notary requirements, and state-specific clauses. No artificial-intelligence model writes or edits legal text. That means two people in the same state with the same answers get the same document, every time.
Privacy
No third-party analytics. No ad networks. We never sell or share your information with marketers, and we never store Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or passwords. We keep server-side counts of what pages are used so we can improve the questionnaire. That is all. Read the privacy policy.
Attorney review
We say it everywhere because it matters: have a licensed attorney in your state review your documents before you sign. We provide a referral form and never take a share of any legal fee.
